Position: Part-Time Front Office Professional Who We Are: At BAL Labs – Hearing Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients. We prioritize hearing restoration, not merely providing hearing aids. Our mission is long-term improvement, not a temporary solution. What You’ll Do: Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently Verify patient information and insurance details accurately Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls What You’ll Need: Exceptional customer-service mindset (experience in this area helps too!)
