Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join our Global Women’s team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be the backbone of our product execution for Non-Denim & Fashion Shorts, managing the lifecycle of our global samples. Join a high-energy, iconic retail environment where your obsession with accuracy and proactive communication ensures our global line launches are a success. salary: $23.99 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Lead the end-to-end processing of samples—including unboxing, organizing, and tracking—to ensure the team has immediate access to the latest product iterations. Conduct rigorous inspections of all incoming samples against product data to identify inconsistencies. Partner with the broader Merchandising team to track ETAs and route samples Maintain and update tracking databases to ensure all stakeholders have real-time visibility into sample status and locations. What You’ll Bring Prior experience in retail environments, sample coordination, or managing stock inventory is highly regarded. Working knowledge of Mac and PC platforms, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with database management tools. High School Diploma or GED. Direct exposure to the global product lifecycle and mentorship from the Director of Merchandising.
