Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

Must Have:
7+ years of experience on large commercial, industrial, or
manufacturing construction projects
Hands-on field experience; ideally someone who's risen through the
trades (e.g., carpenter, plumber, etc.)
Strong understanding of MEP/CSA systems and ability to interpret
architectural, civil, structural, and electrical drawings
Comfortable leading contractors and holding teams accountable to
safety and quality standards
Solid understanding of short-term construction scheduling
Willingness to be 80-90% in the field and lead by example on safety
and performance
Exposure to budgeting and scheduling processes, even if not
directly managing them
NiceToHave:
Experience working in R&D labs, clean rooms, or similar
environments
Familiarity with Bluebeam for markups or drawing reviews
