Consumer Product Marketer Location: Onsite San Francisco, CA Pay Rate: $120-135/hr (W2) Contract: 6 months (expected extension/conversion) Schedule: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week Start Date: March Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation & sick leave, 401(k) Job Overview: This is a high-impact opportunity to lead and shape consumer marketing strategy for one of the worlds most influential products. The role offers direct ownership over go-to-market initiatives, meaningful influence on product strategy, and visibility across senior leadership. Youll operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with strong potential for career growth and leadership development. Were seeking a strategic and creative Consumer Product Marketer who thrives in ambiguity, leads complex initiatives end-to-end, and is passionate about connecting consumers with products they love through compelling storytelling and data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities: Lead inbound and outbound product marketing initiatives across the full product lifecycle Partner with Product, Brand, Communications, Research, and other cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, positioning, and messaging Drive go-to-market strategies that increase product awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement Translate consumer insights and research into clear narratives, positioning frameworks, and campaign strategies Own campaign execution across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives Manage complex projects with strong organizational rigor, including workbacks, timelines, and stakeholder communication Qualifications: 10 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or consumer marketing Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Experience working in tech or large-scale consumer platforms (Big Tech preferred) Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments Must-Have Skills: Outbound execution: Campaign planning, management, and execution across traditional and integrated channels Inbound marketing: Strong command of customer insights, research, and audience understanding Project management: Exceptional organizational skills, including workback planning and tracker management Nice-to-Have Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using insights and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize outcomes Ideal Backgrounds: Marketing Lead Brand Manager Product Marketing Manager Marketing Director Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
