• Groq takes a sizable share of the AI inference market supported by a high performing talent team.
• Groq leaders hire exceptional talent without exception, through a process that is predictive of success at Groq.
• The talent acquisition team operates as business partners, delivering with pace and expertise.
• Innovation throughout the hiring lifecycle, including a differentiated candidate experience that enables Groq to win.Ideal Candidates Have/Are:
  • Can change altitude easily: We're going from zero to big. You have the agility and desire to context switch several times a day from thinking strategically at 30,000' to obsessing over the details and doing the gritty hard work 3" from the ground.

For this role, the base salary range is $207,000-$340,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location and internal benchmarks.Location:Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods.
