Job Description Job Description Production Supervisor Location: Greenfield, IN Work Schedule & Pay Integrity Trade Services is actively recruiting a Production Supervisor for a precast concrete manufacturing client. Starting pay: $27/hour Start time: Between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM, depending on assigned department Schedule: Full-time Overtime: As required based on production needs Position Summary The Production Supervisor leads production teams to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals within a precast concrete manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining a safe and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production operations Lead production teams to meet output, quality, and schedule targets Promote and enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to staffing, priorities, and processes Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and accountability Communicate regularly with management regarding production status, challenges, and improvement opportunities Support continuous improvement initiatives within production operations Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work early start times between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM Comfortable working in a physically active, industrial environment What We Offer Opportunity for growth within a stable industrial manufacturing environment Interested?
