Job Description:
Description Job Summary We are looking for a Procurement
Specialist to support day-to-day procurement operations for a
global organization. This role focuses on purchase order
processing, vendor data management, and coordination with regional
procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely execution. Key
Responsibilities Create and process purchase orders in SAP Track
and update ETAs to support project timelines Maintain vendor and
business partner records in accordance with internal controls
Process sales returns, goods returns, and related transactions
Support procurement job closeout activities and documentation
accuracy Provide backup support to buyers across regions Maintain
and update part master data, including pricing Perform other
procurement-related duties as assigned Qualifications Strong Excel
skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables; macros a plus) Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English Strong attention
to detail and data accuracy Ability to follow established processes
and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of
a team Preferred Experience 2–3 years of procurement or related
experience ERP experience (SAP Business One, NetSuite preferred)
SQL familiarity is a plus Experience supporting global teams
preferred Additional languages a plus Work Schedule Full-time, 40
hours per week Onsite role, 5 days per week First 3 months: 4:30 PM
– 12:30 AM IST (US-based training) Training provided by US team
Travel No travel required Work Authorization Must be authorized to
work in India
