Job Description:

innovative Principal Software Engineer specialized in Mobile and
Augmented Reality (AR) technologies to join our dynamic IT team.
This role focuses on developing cutting-edge mobile applications
and AR solutions that enhance the shopping experience for millions
of our customers worldwide. Situated in our headquarters in
Bentonville, Arkansas, this position offers the unique opportunity
to impact our digital transformation while fostering a culture of
technical excellence and creative problem-solving. Lead the design
and development of advanced mobile and AR applications. Drive the
adoption of best practices in code quality, scalability, and
maintainability. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create
intuitive user interfaces. Coordinate with product managers and
cross-functional teams to define and achieve strategic objectives.
Mentor junior engineers and advocate for skill development within
the team. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
to integrate into our solutions. Proven expertise in mobile
development frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) Strong experience with
AR platforms (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia) Ability to design and
optimize user-centric mobile applications Proficiency in Agile
methodologies and DevOps practices Excellent problem-solving,
