Job Description:
Walmart Inc., a leading global retailer, is looking for
experienced Mobile Software Engineers specialized in iOS and
Android platforms to join our IT team. These roles are critical in
developing and optimizing our mobile applications that serve
millions of customers worldwide, enhancing their shopping
experience. In this position, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to engineer mobile software solutions that
align with Walmart's innovative and customer-centric values. Design
and build advanced applications for the iOS/Android platform in
collaboration with product and design teams Ensure performance,
quality, and responsiveness of applications Identify and correct
bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality, organization,
and automatization Participate in code reviews and team meetings
Stay updated with new technology trends, applications, and
protocols Proficient in Swift and Objective-C or Java and Kotlin
Experience with iOS frameworks or Android SDK Familiarity with
RESTful APIs to connect iOS or Android applications to back-end
services Strong understanding of the full mobile development life
cycle Knowledge of UI/UX standards Understanding of performance
optimization Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push
