Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, Michigan, or Mountain View, California, at least three times per week.
The Role:
The Software and Services Engineering HR team is seeking a highly motivated change agent to join our team supporting leadership in the Digital Products Engineering (DPE) team. DPE builds experiences that make every customer interaction with GM feel effortless and delightful. As a member of the HR team, you will partner with DPE leaders to execute our HR agenda and priorities, supporting the business in delivering key results.
What You'll Do:

• Support employees and managers with questions and needs, providing excellent service and guiding teams to appropriate resources for timely solutions.
  
• Promote positive employee relations by identifying trends, analyzing data and feedback, and collaborating with leadership on initiatives like Workplace of Choice.
  
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Workday), handle daily HRIS system updates, and serve as the primary contact for HR access support.
  
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to identify key updates, training needs, and facilitate their rollout through various forums.
  
• Engage in talent management and career development activities, including onboarding new team members.
