Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a leader in mental health services, seeks
an Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join our team. This position
involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care, including
assessments, treatments, and medication management, tailored to the
needs of adult clients. Our mission is to offer supportive,
personalized mental health care that empowers our patients. You
will collaborate with skilled professionals in a supportive
environment to deliver excellence in mental health treatment.
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of new and
existing patients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on
patient needs. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medication. Provide
consistent follow-up care to monitor and adjust treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Maintain detailed records of patient care in compliance with
privacy regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
clinic-wide quality improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills
in psychiatric assessment and medication management. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, able to empathize with
patients. Ability to work independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team. Keen analytical skills and attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Board certification in Psychiatry required. Valid
state medical license.
