Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Stockton, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,361 to $2,555 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), NICU City/State: Stockton, California Shift: 12H Nights, EOW, first to float, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 12.00-3,91 Start Date: 02/23/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the NICU will be responsible for delivering specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates. The unit has a 30-bed capacity with an average census of 22. The RN will be required to float to Pediatrics and Postpartum units as needed and will provide care that includes couplet care. Familiarity with Cerner and specific NICU equipment is essential. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU Float to Pediatrics and Postpartum units and manage patient assignments including couplet care Interpret basic arrhythmias and consult with neonatal nurse practitioners or MDs Requirements: Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications Experience with Cerner EMR Strong IV skills necessary Cerners Experience and completion of MyJourney modules prior to arrival Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
