Job Description BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic-Based | Ages 2–8 | Full-Time, Permanent Annual earning potential up to $126,000 $90,000–$105,000 base salary up to $21,000 in bonuses Relocation available | Salinas, CA HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a highly respected pediatric ABA clinic in Salinas, CA . The clinic serves children ages 2–8 and has a strong reputation in the community. You will join a collaborative team of BCBAs, an LMFT, and several BTAPs in a clean, well-organized setting. BCBA Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 12 children (ages 2–8) Conduct assessments and oversee treatment planning Provide clinical supervision to BTAPs Collaborate with other BCBAs and LMFTs Maintain documentation and meet QA standards One work-from-home day per week available after training Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Two evenings per week extended to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM BCBA Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA 5 years and prior leadership experience required for top of range Strong communication and team collaboration skills Positive, energetic clinical presence BCBA Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $90,000–$105,000 Annual earning potential: up to $126,000 Monthly bonus potential: up to $2,169 QA bonus: $417/month for meeting billable minimum Supplemental bonus for exceeding billable minimums: 10% above = $584/month 20% above = $1,168/month 30% above = $1,752/month Combined achievable bonus: $21,024 annually Relocation assistance: Up to 5% of base salary Benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development support 401K Match
