Description Physical Therapist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial
Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is full timee and will
work 8-hour, Variable shifts. The practice of Physical Therapy
shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation,
education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address
the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a
positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary
staff. Position requires general supervision. Providence caregivers

them. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited
physical therapy school. California Physical Therapist License upon
hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
