Dental Hygienist Red Rose Family Dental is hiring - Location: 432 Rolling Ridge Drive, Suite 1 State College, -Pennsylvania -16801 Schedule: Full-time Mon/Tues/Wed: 7:30am-4:30/4:45pm. Thurs: 6:30a-3:00/3:15pm Friday: 7:30am-12:00/12:30pm - Why Heartland Dental?   • Join a 8 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community - Minimum Qualifications -
    • Current dental hygienist license in PA and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
    • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
    • CPR Certification - Preferred Experience
      • 0years of clinical experience
      • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
      • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
      • Clinical needs as required by office - Physical Requirements
        • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
        • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
        • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
        • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)---periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN. -
