Product Lead for the Maternity Program who will own and elevate
Maven's maternity offering by obsessing over the member experience,
consolidating roadmaps, driving cross-functional progress, and
acting as the program's Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).As
the Director of Product, Maternity Program at Maven, you will:
- Be Member-Obsessed:
- Develop deep familiarity with the end-to-end member experience
for the Maternity Program.
- Quantitatively define and understand user segments,
collaborating with data and analytics teams to ensure
accuracy.
- Qualitatively uncover user needs through regular member
feedback, interviews, and insights.
- Advocate for members by ensuring their voices shape product
priorities and decisions.
- Own Roadmap Consolidation:
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date roadmap for features
in-progress, shipped, or planned for the Maternity Program.
- Account for features owned by your pod as well as those being
developed by other teams at Maven.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure the roadmap is
inclusive, prioritized, and reflects company goals.
- Drive Cross-Functional Progress:
- Act as a bridge across teams, including Clinical, Engineering,
and Design, to drive initiatives forward.
- Challenge the status quo to innovate and enhance member
experiences.
- Plan and lead clinical roadmapping sessions, selecting topics,
framing discussions, and ensuring productive outcomes.
- Foster effective collaboration and alignment across
departments.
- Maintain Program Ownership:
- Serve as the DRI for the Maternity Program, with accountability
to executives and the CEO.
- Act as the go-to expert for the program, fielding questions,
feedback, and insights from all levels of the organization.
- Represent the program in executive reviews, ensuring its
strategic alignment and visibility across Maven.We're looking for
you to bring:
- 8+ years of experience in product management (does not need to
be in healthcare, digital health, or a related field).
- Deep empathy for member journeys and a strong passion for
improving family health outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and
define member needs and segments.
- Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional
dependencies, and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding collaboration and facilitation skills, with
experience leading discussions with clinical teams or
stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
with high visibility and accountability.For candidates in NYC, CO,
or CA, the base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000
per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and
benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of
factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level,
and skillset.Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our
Engineering & Product teams primarily operate from Seattle, WA, San
Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and the New York Metropolitan area, NY.At
