- Experience with A/B testing and user research
methodologies.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions and measure
success with excellent investigative skills.
- Familiarity with consumer-focused products or social media
platforms.
- Passion for YouTube and a deep understanding of the platform's
ecosystem, creators, and viewers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a
demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams including engineering, design, and data science.About the

interact with creators and connect with like-minded fans across
these complementary products.Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and goal for driving meaningful fan
participation within YouTube Communities (via Posts, Polls,
Q&A, etc.).
- Lead the design and development of intuitive creator tools and
engaging fan experiences that encourage community interaction,
potentially leveraging GenAI.
- Leverage fan engagement data and community analytics to measure
impact, iterate on features, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Engineer, Design, Research,
Partnerships) to build and launch effective fan participation
initiatives.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives and manage trade-offs to
maximize fan participation and create audience connection via
