Role: Senior Sales Manager/ DirectorType: FTELocation: US based - FlexibleResponsibilities:

• Identifies and develops sales opportunities within Tier-1s and OEMs to build customer pipeline
• Develops new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connections, and preparing quotes
• Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Supports the sales and delivery process between the customer and internal execution teams
• Keeps solutions knowledge up to date by pro-active discussions with internal stakeholders and identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Work with marketing to develop collateral for the sales team
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamMinimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Min 7-8 years of experience in front-end sales in embedded technologies.
  • Experience with Automotive, Industrial and IoT embedded product life cycle and embedded ecosystem.
  • Brings strong relationships and customer base within the embedded ecosystem.
  • Proven sales experience targeting customer accounts including working closely with Senior engineering and technical leadership teams of the target customers.Additional Skills and Experience:
    • Demonstrated ability to learn, think and adapt in a fast-changing environment
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
