What You Will Be Doing - Prepare, Review and Present Estimates for Projects - Perform Cost Analysis on Projects - Produce budgets from conceptual and schematic design phases that align with the organizations goals and strategy - Lead a team of Estimators What You Need for this Position - 5 years of Estimating Experience - Public works, heavy civil, grading and paving focus preferred - Experience with budget analysis, bidding, estimating, and lead all aspects of preconstruction phase - Experience working with Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, and/or ground-up construction projects Nice to Have: - Preconstruction Manager Experience What's In It for You - Competitive salary ranging from $130k - $180k - Medical/Dental/Vision - Generous PTO & Holidays - 401k company match - Employee Profit Sharing Plan - Bonus Opportunities - Career growth opportunities So, if you are a heavy civil Sr Estimator with experience, please apply today!
