This is a hands-on role with the majority of work performed in the field. Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in apartment community maintenance Perform field-based service tasks and respond to equipment-related needs Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with maintenance equipment in apartment or similar residential settings Experience with deodorizer machines and compactors is a strong plus, but not required Proficient in equipment operation and general mechanical troubleshooting Valid CDL required Must be drug-free
