Installer who’s ready to apply technical skill, leadership, and
critical thinking to projects that require real craftsmanship. Join

Enjoy a 4x10 schedule (4-day, 10-hour shifts) with a 3-day weekend
every weekend! Compensation: $30 - $55 hourly Responsibilities:
Execute advanced heat pump installations, including ducted,
ductless, and multizone systems Review project documentation:
startup sheets, load calcs, and duct design specs Identify and
delegate tasks to assistants Communicate installation progress with
the project manager and the office teams Troubleshoot and resolve
installation issues with minimal delay Lead final system
commissioning, air balancing, and diagnostic troubleshooting Serve
as the customer-facing lead technician on all assigned projects
Qualifications: Must have superb communication skills,
organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Must have a
strong focus on putting the clients first with exceptional customer
service experience Must have a valid driver’s license and clean
driving record Experience : 4 years of HVAC installation experience
(heat pumps preferred) Hands-on skills : Low- and high-voltage
wiring, brazing, proper refrigerant charge, ability to troubleshoot
electrical and mechanical issues Management : Ability to manage a
project from start to finish Leadership experience : Mentoring
crews, job site management Certifications : EPA Universal, OSHA-10,
NATE (preferred) Future-forward : Strong desire to transition into
energy-efficient building practices and electrification About
