Job Description: DevOps Engineer at SAP Labs, LLCSAP Labs, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our Palo Alto, CA location. The role involves ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of customer environments in the Cloud for our product lines, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements.Expectations and Tasks:

• Utilize various technologies (e.g., database, platform) used by development and operations.
• Drive automation and standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other service groups.
• Improve system landscape support within assigned areas.
• Ensure effective system operations throughout the software lifecycle.
• Manage knowledge sharing within the team and between operations and development.
• Maintain high standards and quality in all processes.
• Contribute to operational models, processes, and procedures.
• Perform project and program management tasks.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with at least two (2) years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields.Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
  • Experience or coursework in programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis databases.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS.
  • Experience developing software in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to define user stories and lead live demos.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of automated testing techniques.
