well-established outpatient clinic is seeking a licensed and
motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and
patient-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who values

and clinical creativity. What You'll Do: Provide one-on-one patient
evaluations and follow-up treatments Develop customized rehab plans
using exercise, manual therapy, and education Collaborate with
aides and other wellness professionals Work with a diverse patient
population from athletes to older adults Document sessions using an
efficient and user-friendly EMR system Participate in staff
