Job Description Primary Skills: Client Coordination-Expert, Communication-Advanced, Administrative-Proficient, Scheduling-Intermediate, Customer Service-Advanced Contract Type: W2 ONLY Duration: 6 months Location: San Francisco, CA ( 4 days onsite) Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour on W2 LP Job Summary: We are looking for a pro-active Administrative Coordinator to support our management team and represent our organization both externally and internally, upholding our commitment to exceptional relationship management. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative tasks including scheduling, report preparation, and coordination of office logistics. You will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency through special projects and routine administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Support the manager/team by keeping them informed of activities and assisting with scheduling, reports, agendas, and meetings. Coordinate office functions such as mail, supplies, travel arrangements, and oversee new hire logistics. Complete and oversee special projects, both temporary and permanent, to support the team or division. Maintain and utilize word processing programs for a variety of documents; manage information input to computer systems. Handle the staffing of the front desk, manage phone lines, and oversee the processing of executive management team's T&E and catering orders for meetings. Must-Have Skills: Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Industry Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles within corporate settings preferred.
