Job Description:

Immediate need for Receptionist/Accounts Payable position. This is for a growing Property Management company in downtown SF. Administrative duties related to this job include answering incoming phone calls, composing letters ,emails and faxes, as well as general backup support to a fast-paced yet small office. This person will be responsible for all accounts payables, and therefore must be good with numbers and have a keen eye for detail. In addition, this person will need to enjoy working with tenants to solve any maintenance issues or complaints with many arise. We are looking for someone with a very positive personality, excellent phone manners, exceptional computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software is a PLUS.
